No. DeedSure generates Title Intelligence Reports — an AI-powered analysis tool. It is not a legal opinion, title certificate, or guarantee of title under the Advocates Act, 1961. Always consult a qualified advocate before making property transaction decisions.

How accurate is the AI extraction?

Our multi-model approach (Claude Haiku, Sonnet, Opus + Gemini Vision) achieves high accuracy with dual-model consensus verification on critical fields. Every extracted field includes a confidence score so you know exactly how reliable each data point is.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Aadhaar numbers are SHA-256 hashed, PAN numbers are AES-256 encrypted, all data is tenant-isolated with row-level security, and API keys are encrypted at rest. We never store sensitive PII in plaintext.
