Hissa(ಹಿಸ್ಸ)
A subdivision or share of a larger survey number. When agricultural land under a single survey number is divided (through partition or sale of a portion), each subdivision is assigned a hissa number (e.g., Survey No. 45, Hissa No. 1). The hissa is recorded in the RTC and survey records.
