E-Khata(ಇ-ಖಾತಾ)
The digitally issued version of the Khata certificate and extract, available through the BBMP/GBA online portal. E-Khata carries a digital signature and QR code for verification. It costs ₹125 to issue. Note: E-Khata does not change the underlying A or B classification.
